Job Description
A Mobile Salesman is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing mobile phones and related accessories by understanding their needs and providing accurate product information. The role involves explaining features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing offers to ensure a satisfying customer experience. The salesman must actively promote sales, achieve daily and monthly targets, and maintain proper display and stock of products in the store. They are also responsible for handling billing, basic troubleshooting, and guiding customers on product usage when required. Good communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach are essential for building trust and ensuring repeat business.
