Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, payments, shipping, product information, returns, replacements, and refunds.
• Make order confirmation calls to customers before dispatch (if required).
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Track shipments and proactively update customers regarding delivery status.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update order status in internal systems.
• Respond to customer queries with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department when necessary.
• Follow company SOPs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
