Customer Support Executive

🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Executive to manage client communication related to IT services and Digital Marketing projects. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle client queries via call, email, and WhatsApp 📞

Coordinate with IT & Digital Marketing teams for project updates

Understand client requirements and document them properly

Provide regular campaign/project performance updates to clients

Manage onboarding of new clients

Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery

Resolve client complaints in a professional manner

Maintain CRM records and client database

Follow up for feedback and renewals

✅ Required Skills

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads)

Basic knowledge of IT services (website, app, software)

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Client handling experience preferred

🎓 Qualification

Any Graduate (MBA / BBA preferred)

Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus

Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
