Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Processing
- Review and process bank applications related to property verification.
- Ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
Data Entry
- Enter data from verification documents into company/client systems with high accuracy.
Document Verification
- Verify the authenticity and correctness of property-related documents.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Document Management
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval and secure storage.
Reporting
- Prepare status reports and highlight discrepancies identified during the verification process.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies efficiently.
Process Improvement
- Suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy.
- Qualifications & SkillsPrior experience in data processing, banking, documentation, or property verification is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
