E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support online sales operations across various marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory coordination, order management, and optimizing online store performance to improve customer experience and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces

• Upload, update, and maintain product information, pricing, images, and descriptions

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid stock shortages

• Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges

• Monitor marketplace performance and sales reports

• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and product visibility

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Ensure accurate product data and maintain platform standards

• Track competitor activities and market trends

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and operations
