Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Executive to manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions via email. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and a strong ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries, complaints, and requests through email in a timely manner
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service experience
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong written communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of email handling and customer support tools
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in customer support or email/chat process (BPO/KPO)
• Familiarity with CRM systems or ticketing tools
