Job Hiring: After-Sales Service Technician (In-House & Pan-India Site Service)

We are hiring a skilled and dedicated After-Sales Service Technician / Engineer to handle both in-house workshop repairs and on-site maintenance of our industrial food appliances. This role requires traveling to client locations across India.

* Position: After-Sales Service Technician (In-House & Pan-India)

* Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Machinery / Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair

* Location: Base location Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Requires Pan-India travel)

* Job Type: Full-time

📋 Key Responsibilities

* Pan-India On-Site Service: Travel to client locations across different states in India for machine installation, commissioning, and breakdown repairs.

* In-House Service: Perform testing, component replacement, and major overhauling of machines at our Ahmedabad workshop when not traveling.

* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

* Maintain clear service reports and coordinate with the head office regarding parts requirements.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

* Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in servicing industrial food appliances or mechanical/electrical machinery.

* Travel Readiness: Must be completely willing to travel frequently across all states of India on short notice.

* Education: ITI, Diploma, or Certificate course in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.

* Languages: Knowledge of Hindi is mandatory; basic English or other regional languages is a plus.
