Finance Head

We are seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable business growth. As a key member of the

leadership team, you will oversee all financial planning, risk management, and fiscal reporting while acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is someone who can zoom out to build long-term financial models and zoom in to ensure absolute accuracy in day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, and cash flow management.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with leadership to shape corporate strategy, evaluate new business opportunities, and optimize the company's capital structure.
• FP&A & Modeling: Lead the annual budgeting process, oversee rolling forecasts, and build sophisticated financial models to guide resource allocation and scenario planning.
• Financial Operations & Control: Oversee the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Treasury & Cash Flow: Monitor cash flow metrics actively, optimize working capital management, and oversee banking relationships and credit facilities.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure full compliance with relevant tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and local corporate laws. Coordinate all external audit activities.
• Data & Insights: Modernize financial reporting by implementing BI (Business Intelligence) tools to translate complex financial data into actionable commercial insights for non-finance managers.

Required Qualifications & Skills CategoryRequirementsExperience8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or managerial role.

Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Credentials CPA, CFA, or CMA designation is highly preferred. Technical Stack High proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Sage), FP&A software, and advanced Excel/financial modeling tools. Leadership Proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing accounting or finance teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)A successful Head of Finance will be measured by:

1. Forecast Accuracy: Maintaining a low variance (typically less than 5%) between projected budgets and actual financial outcomes.
2. Closing Efficiency: Reducing the days-to-close for monthly and annual financial statements without sacrificing accuracy.
3. Working Capital Optimization: Improving the cash conversion cycle and ensuring healthy liquidity ratios.
