General Manager

We're Hiring | General Manager– Garment Manufacturing

Are you a results-driven leader with extensive experience in garment manufacturing? We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our factory operations and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead end-to-end garment manufacturing operations

✔ Drive production planning and achieve daily production targets

✔ Improve factory efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization

✔ Ensure quality standards and on-time order delivery

✔ Manage cross-functional teams including Production, PPC, IE, Quality, Merchandising, Warehouse, Maintenance, and HR

✔ Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and factory audits

✔ Build a high-performance team and foster continuous improvement

Candidate Profile:

✅ 5–10+ years of experience in garment manufacturing

✅ Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (General Manager / Plant Head / Factory Head / Operations Head)

✅ Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

✅ Hands-on experience with production planning, quality systems, compliance, and operational excellence

✅ Knowledge of ERP/MIS and advanced Microsoft Excel is preferred
