Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team. This dual-role position involves conceptualizing and designing engaging visual content for various digital platforms, as well as editing and producing high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, proficiency in graphic design software, and solid video editing skills to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website visuals, brochures, advertisements, infographics, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Create custom illustrations, icons, and other design elements that align with the brand’s identity.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design work while adapting to the unique needs of different projects.
• Work closely with the marketing, branding, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver design solutions that meet those objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality, modern visuals.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw video footage into polished, creative content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project vision and desired outcome for video content.
• Use motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and other video editing techniques to enhance the final product.
• Ensure videos are optimized for the specific platform they are intended for (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Manage video editing workflow from pre-production through to final delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality output.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong knowledge of video editing software (capcut, premier-pro, after effect, etc.).
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Solid understanding of video formats, compression, and optimization for digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
