Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment process  Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references  Screen resumes and shortlist candidates  Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds  Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates  Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers  Ensure timely closure of open positions. Prepare and release offer letters  Handle joining formalities and documentation  Maintain employee records and files  Coordinate and manage Background Verification (BGV) process  Ensure proper onboarding and induction support
