Job Description
HR Manager – Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for sourcing and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and actively managing the recruitment process. The role also involves maintaining healthy employer–employee relations, addressing workforce concerns, and supporting overall HR operations.
In addition, the HR Manager will assist with Digital Marketing activities, contributing to the company’s online presence and branding efforts alongside their HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, and capable of effectively handling both functions.
