Job Description
Supervise HVAC installation activities, including ducting, piping, and equipment installation (AHUs, Chillers, VRV) to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC systems, including leakage tests, air balancing, and performance testing, to ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
Prepare technical reports, daily site progress reports, material requirements, and As-Built drawings.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in reading HVAC drawings, AutoCAD, and HVAC system components.
