Job Description
Job Title: Automation Engineer
Location: Kuha, Ahmedabad
Salary: 2.2 LPA – 5 LPA
Job ProfileWe are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer to design, develop, and support industrial automation systems. The candidate will work on PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, industrial networking, panel testing, and site commissioning.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, debug, and optimize PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Design and configure HMI and SCADA systems for machine and process control.
- Integrate industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
- Perform control panel testing, inspection, and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) coordination.
- Carry out site commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support at customer locations.
- Prepare project documentation and technical handover reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety, and quality guidelines.
Technical Skills Required
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD systems
- Experience with Siemens or Rockwell platforms (preferred)
- Ability to read and understand control panel electrical schematics
- Knowledge of P&ID diagrams
- Understanding of MCB, MCCB, Contactors, OLR, and MPCB
