Job Description
- Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers
- Generate leads through online search, databases, references, and market research
- Handle inside sales activities and close deals over phone and email
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle customer queries professionally
- Explain products/services clearly with good communication skills
- Prepare and share Quotations based on customer requirements
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and send to customers
- Follow up on quotations, PI, and pending orders
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders
- Maintain daily calling reports and sales records
- Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, and operations teams
- Update customer data and sales details in the system
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets
