International Voice Process Agent

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives for our International Voice Process. The role involves interacting with international customers over calls, understanding their requirements, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound sales calls to international customers
• Present and promote company products/services effectively
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate call and sales records
• Follow sales scripts and compliance guidelines
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:Fluency in English (mandatory) – clear pronunciation and strong communication skills

• Proven or basic understanding of sales concepts (experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
• Willingness to work in international shifts
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems

Shift Timings (Candidate can choose any one):

• Morning Shift: 4:30 AM IST – 1:30 PM IST
• Night Shift: 7:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST
