Job Description
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
- Collect, compile, validate, and analyze operational data from various sources.
- Monitor operational performance and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Generate reports related to productivity, service delivery, resource utilization, and business operations.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for operational improvement.
- Assist in process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain and update operational databases, trackers, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure data accuracy.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and operational updates.
- Document operational processes and reporting procedures.
Assist in preparing presentations and management review reports
