Key Responsibilities🍳 Food Preparation & CookingPrepare all menu items as per HL Frankie standard recipes (SOPs)Maintain taste consistency, portion control, and presentationEnsure fast and efficient order execution during rush hoursFollow proper cooking sequence and timing🧼 Hygiene & CleanlinessMaintain strict kitchen hygiene at all timesWear proper uniform, gloves, cap, and apronClean workstations, utensils, and equipment regularlyFollow FSSAI hygiene standards🔪 Kitchen OperationsEnsure all ingredients are prepped before opening (mise en place)Proper use and handling of kitchen equipmentAvoid wastage of raw materialsMaintain cleanliness of fridge, storage, and prep areas📦 Inventory HandlingCheck daily stock levels of raw materialsInform manager about low stock or shortagesEnsure proper storage (FIFO method)Handle goods carefully to avoid damage⚡ Order ManagementRead KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) properlyPrepare orders accurately without mistakesCoordinate with counter staff for smooth flowMaintain speed + accuracy balance
