Job Description
Research & Data Gathering:
Ability to conduct online research to identify relevant companies, decision-makers, and contact information using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories.
Basic CRM & Excel Skills:
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) or at least MS Excel for maintaining lead databases, tracking follow-ups, and organizing prospect information.
Attention to Detail:
Accuracy in capturing and updating lead data, ensuring no errors in contact details, requirements, or communication records.
Time Management & Organization:
Ability to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and tasks efficiently while meeting daily/weekly targets.
Persistence & Follow-up Skills:
Willingness to consistently follow up with prospects and handle rejection positively, maintaining a professional approach at all times.
Basic Understanding of Sales Process:
Awareness of how leads move through the sales funnel (lead → qualified lead → opportunity) and the importance of passing quality leads to the sales team.
Digital & Social Media Familiarity:
Comfortable using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for prospecting, messaging, and engaging with potential clients.
Learning Attitude:
Openness to learn new tools, outreach techniques, and industry knowledge as required.
