Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented REAL ESTATE Legal Executive to handle legal matters and ensure compliance across the organization.
Managing Sale Deed (Dastavej) and Agreement to Sell (Banakhat) drafting and registration processes.
Handling legal documentation and compliance related to property transactions and approvals.
Overseeing APF (Approved Project Funding)
Managing land record verification and documentation through AnyRoR, including 7/12, 8-A, and Form 6 (Hakk Patrak).
Coordinating digital registration workflows via Garvi and IORA portals for Index and Certified Copy procurement.
Scheduling and managing PDE number generation and registration appointments.
Ensuring legal due diligence and verification of property-related documents.
Liaising with government authorities, legal consultants, and clients for smooth legal processing.
Maintaining accurate legal records, agreements, and compliance documentation.
