Job Description
A Logistics and Store Coordinator manages a company's supply chain, inventory, and warehouse operations. They oversee the movement of goods, maintain optimal stock levels, process orders, and track shipments to ensure daily operations run efficiently and cost-effectively. [1, 2, 3]
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, reconcile physical counts with database records, and prevent shortages or overstock situations. [1, 2]
- Store & Warehouse Operations: Oversee goods receipt, organize storage layouts, and ensure items are safely and accessibly stored. [1]
- Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, schedule carriers, and track freight to guarantee on-time delivery. [1, 2]
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and process orders, manage packaging and labeling, and ensure accurate shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading)
