Marketing Executive – Solar Industry

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: 1+ year preferred

We are hiring energetic Marketing Executives to promote rooftop solar solutions, generate quality leads and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing and visit residential and commercial customers
• Generate leads through local campaigns, references and market visits
• Explain solar benefits, pricing, subsidy and financing options
• Follow up with interested customers and support sales closure
• Organize promotional activities, stalls and society campaigns
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Field marketing or sales experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone applications
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred
• Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with fieldwork
• Experience in solar, finance, insurance or telecom is an advantage
