Mechanical Service Engineer

Ø Visit customer sites (chemical/process plants) for installation, commissioning, and servicing of FEDA Inc. agitators, mixers, and reactors.

Ø Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, including inspection of mechanical parts (shafts, bearings, gearboxes, seals, couplings, lubrication, etc.).

Ø Diagnose and resolve on-site issues such as vibration, noise, seal leakage, or mixing inefficiency, ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Ø Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to share field feedback, identify failure trends, and suggest design improvements.

Ø Prepare and maintain accurate service documentation—reports, checklists, breakdown analyses, and parts usage records.

Ø Train customer operators on safe handling, routine maintenance, and performance monitoring of equipment.

Ø Adhere to all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards during on-site activities.

Ø Identify and coordinate spare-part requirements with logistics and manufacturing teams.

Ø Provide remote technical assistance and escalate complex issues as needed.

Ø Support new product commissioning, retrofit, and modification projects in coordination with internal teams.
