Job Description

Orex Trade World Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations, customer/vendor onboarding, KYC documentation, shipment coordination, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of logistics processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and documentation standards.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics OperationsCoordinate domestic and international shipments.
  • Plan and monitor dispatches, pickups, and deliveries.
  • Track shipment status and provide updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers.
  • Ensure timely execution of orders and resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain Proof of Delivery (POD), e-Way Bills, invoices, and transport documents.
  • Prepare daily operational MIS and performance reports.
