Job Description

A Store Picker at Blinkit is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders from the store inventory. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, maintains product quality standards, and supports smooth store operations.

  • Key Responsibilities📦 Order Picking: Select items from shelves based on customer orders using handheld devices or order sheets.
  • ✅ Accuracy Check: Ensure correct products, quantities, and packaging before dispatch.
  • 🥦 Quality Assurance: Inspect items for freshness, damage, or expiry before packing.
  • ⏱️ Timely Fulfillment: Meet daily order targets and maintain speed without compromising accuracy.
  • 🧹 Store Maintenance: Keep shelves organized, restock items, and maintain cleanliness in the picking area.
