Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Price Research Executive to help us identify the lowest market rates for various products. The role involves contacting brands and local dealers, comparing prices, and ensuring genuine/original product sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify products from different brands and suppliers
• Contact brands, wholesalers, and local dealers to collect price quotations
• Compare rates and find the lowest available market price
• Negotiate pricing with vendors to get the best deals
• Verify product authenticity (original items only)
• Maintain records of pricing and vendor details in Excel
• Use platforms like IndiaMART to source and compare suppliers
• Perform basic calculations including GST and final pricing
• Prepare daily/weekly reports of findings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, calculations, comparison)
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of GST calculations
• Familiarity with IndiaMART or similar sourcing platforms
• Ability to make calls and communicate with vendors confidently
• Laptop and stable internet connection required
