Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· O· Operate and supervise sterile liquid ampoule filling operations
· Assist in machine setup, line clearance, and batch changeovers
· Maintain aseptic conditions inside clean rooms
· Execute SOPs and batch manufacturing procedures
· Assist in validation activities and documentation
· Record production and equipment logs
· Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
· Ensure cleaning and sanitisation schedules are followed
· Knowledge of sterile powder handling and ETO sterilisation
· Understanding of GMP and clean room practices
· Experience with sachet filling systems
· Knowledge of sterilisation indicators and validation
· Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
