Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all quality control activities across the dyeing and processing operations
- Monitor product quality standards and ensure consistency in shade, finish, and process parameters
- Supervise laboratory testing, process checks, and final quality inspections
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to improve process quality and reduce rejections
- Maintain quality records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Lead and guide the QC team to achieve production and quality targets
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Diploma in Textile Technology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Quality Control department of a textile dye house or process house
- Strong knowledge of textile dyeing processes, quality standards, and testing procedures
- Familiarity with ISO and AATCC-based testing methods is essential
- Knowledge of CCM (Computer Colour Matching) systems will be an added advantage
- Experience in handling shade approvals, process monitoring, and quality troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and team coordination abilities
