Gyros Gears Industries is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to ensure the quality of in-process and finished components. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical inspection, precision measuring instruments, engineering drawings, and quality documentation. Candidates should be willing to travel for client inspections across Gujarat and India whenever required.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering drawings
📏 Perform dimensional inspections using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Dial Indicators, Depth Gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
📐 Verify dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and material specifications before dispatch
📝 Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and measurement documentation
⚠️ Identify, record, and report defects or non-conformities to the Production and Quality teams
🛠️ Ensure proper handling and calibration of measuring instruments
🤝 Coordinate with Production, Design, and Stores departments to resolve quality-related issues
🚗 Visit customer sites across Gujarat and India for inspection, measurement, and dimensional verification whenever required
✅ Approve or reject components based on inspection results and company quality standards
📊 Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring quality issues
🦺 Ensure compliance with quality procedures, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
💰 Salary:
💵 ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month (As per Skills & Experience)
