Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Executive to join our team. This role involves a mix of back-office responsibilities, client management, property management, fieldwork, property verification, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Property Management: Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring smooth processes and maintenance schedules are followed.
• Property Verification: Visit properties to verify ownership, condition, and other important details for the company’s listings.
• Field Work: Travel to various properties for inspections, assessments, and to address client queries.
• Back Office Support: Handle administrative tasks including record-keeping, data entry, and document management.
• Cold Calling & Client Follow-ups: Engage with potential clients, follow up on leads, and keep them informed of new property offerings or updates.
