Job Description

  • ob Responsibilities:Warmly welcome and greet all pilgrims and guests arriving at the Dharmshala.
  • Manage room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, provide accurate information about room availability, and handle inquiries.
  • Maintain clean and organized records of guest entries and payments (either in a register or computer).
  • Co-ordinate with the cleaning and management staff to ensure rooms and premises are well-maintained.
  • Address guest queries and complaints with a polite and helpful attitude.
