Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales/LAP
CTC: ₹4,00,000 per annum
Location: (You can add city, e.g., Ahmedabad)
Job Summary:The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving home loan sales and LAP, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and channel partners to achieve business targets.
- Key Responsibilities: Generate leads for home loans through open market, builders, and referrals
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and connectors
- Guide customers through the home loan process from application to disbursement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per bank policies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
- Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (preferably BFSI or home loans)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to do field sales
- Skills Required:Sales & negotiation skills
- Relationship management
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of home loan products
