Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Relationship Manager to connect with students, understand their academic needs, and guide them toward the most suitable support services offered by our company. The role involves contacting potential students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media, building strong relationships, addressing their queries, explaining our services and process, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, be target-driven, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining long-term relationships and coordinating with the internal team for smooth service delivery.
