Restaurant Manager (Full Shift: 1:00 PM – 1:30 AM, One Weekly Off)

Brief description:

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations during the 1:00 PM–1:30 AM shift. You will ensure exceptional guest service, maintain high standards for food quality and cleanliness, manage staff, and drive sales and profitability. One weekly off is provided.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations during the assigned shift

- Train, schedule and supervise team members; ensure staffing coverage and performance

- Deliver outstanding guest service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally

- Monitor inventory, place orders as needed, and control food/labor costs

- Enforce health, safety and sanitation standards and maintain a clean, organized environment

- Implement promotions and upselling strategies to meet revenue targets

- Prepare shift reports and communicate updates to owners/management

Qualifications:

- 5+ years restaurant management experience (or equivalent) preferred

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control and basic financial reporting

- Ability to work evenings, nights and weekends as required within the 1:00 PM–1:30 AM schedule

Shift & benefits:

- Working hours: 1:00 PM – 1:30 AM (daily during scheduled days)
