Job Description
Supervise and guide stewards and service staff during operations.
Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.
Take orders and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen.
Monitor food and beverage service quality.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Train and motivate team members.
Ensure restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards.
Coordinate table assignments and reservations.
Assist in inventory control and daily reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
