Role Overview

Crowdniks Industries Ltd is seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Associate to join our team at the Paldi office. This role is cantered on managing live customer interactions, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers engaging with us in real-time, requiring a blend of excellent communication, product knowledge, and sales grit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Engage with "live" incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email to understand their requirements and convert interest into confirmed orders.
• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings (including handicraft items and related services) to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Follow up with potential leads, maintain a database of customer interactions, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and address any concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery for the customers you onboard.
• Reporting: Maintain daily reports of calls made, leads generated, and sales closed for review by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Customer Support (Sales focus). Experience in the handicraft or manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Communication: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office (Excel/Word), and basic digital communication tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a "customer-first" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
