Role Overview

We are looking for a high-conversion Sales Executive who can communicate confidently with international clients (USA/Canada), understand their career needs, and convert them into paid clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, Zoom)
• Explain Placify’s services clearly and confidently
• Convert leads into paid clients
• Handle objections related to pricing, trust, and process
• Follow up consistently with potential clients
• Maintain CRM and track lead status
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding clients
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets

Required Skills

• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Proven sales or convincing ability (international sales preferred)
• Confidence in handling clients from USA/Canada
• Excellent objection-handling skills
• Ability to build trust quickly
• Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn
• Comfortable with targets and performance pressure

Working Hours & Breaks

• Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST) (Aligned with US/Canada time zones)
• Total Break Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
• 1 Dinner Break
• 2 Tea Breaks
