Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Inside Sales Executive to join our team as a Visa Counselor. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, guiding clients regarding visa processes, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for visa inquiries

Counsel clients on visa options (Study, Tourist, Work, PR, etc.)

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable visa solutions

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

Maintain client records and update CRM regularly

Coordinate with documentation and processing team

Provide accurate information about visa requirements and procedures

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)

Basic knowledge of visa processes (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
