Company Overview


We are a growing logistics company engaged in Domestic & International Freight Forwarding, Transportation, and Customs Clearance services. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, maintain CRM records, follow up with customers, and generate business opportunities through regular communication.


Key Responsibilities


1. CRM & Lead ManagementMaintain complete and accurate customer lead records in the CRM software.

  • Update inquiry details, customer information, quotations, and follow-up remarks regularly.
  • Track lead status from inquiry stage to closure.
  • Ensure all communication history is properly recorded in the software.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for pending updates and customer responses.


2. Inquiry & Quotation Follow-UpFollow up with customers regarding inquiries and quotations shared by the company.

  • Maintain proper follow-up schedules and reminders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for quotation updates and service details.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers to improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare daily follow-up reports and status updates.


3. Cold Calling & Business Development SupportMake cold calls to potential clients for introducing company logistics services.

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling.
  • Explain company services related to transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics.
  • Arrange meetings or discussions for the sales team with interested customers.
  • Build and maintain professional customer relationships.


4. Calling Updates & ReportingMaintain complete calling records and conversation updates in the CRM/software.

  • Prepare daily calling reports and lead status reports.
  • Track customer responses and update next action plans.
  • Ensure all sales activity data is properly documented.
  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports to management.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Confidence in telecalling and customer handling.
  • Ability to maintain proper records and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, or freight industry will be preferred.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Qualification RequirementsMinimum Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales coordination, customer support, or logistics industry will be an added advantage.


Working Details

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (can be modified as per company policy)
  • Office Location: Narol, Ahmedabad

The Sales Coordinator will be evaluated based on:

  • CRM data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Number of follow-ups completed.
  • Calling productivity and response rate.
  • Lead conversion support.
  • Customer communication quality.
  • Reporting discipline and coordination efficiency.
