Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Front Line Sales Executive to handle incoming leads and walk-in customers for our premium real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for telecalling provided leads, regular follow-ups, arranging and attending site visits, handling walk-in customers and converting prospects into bookings / leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads and understand customer requirements.

- Explain the project, location, specifications, pricing and other relevant details to prospective customers.

- Maintain regular and systematic follow-up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

- Attend and professionally handle walk-in customers at the project/site office.

- Coordinate and conduct site visits for interested customers.

- Present the project effectively and answer customer queries.

- Understand customer requirements, budget and purchase/rental preferences.

- Follow up with customers after site visits and work towards conversion.

- Coordinate with the senior sales team for negotiations and closing.

- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, site visits and customer status.

- Achieve monthly site visit, conversion and sales/leasing targets.

- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead status and sales pipeline.

- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

The primary responsibility of the executive will be to call, follow up, generate site visits, attend walk-in customers and convert prospects into successful sales/leasing transactions.

Compensation
