Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle plot and land sales primarily through inside sales activities. The role involves engaging with potential clients through cold calling, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The candidate will be responsible for explaining project details, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers while maintaining strong follow-ups.

This is mainly an inside sales role, with occasional site visits when required to assist clients in decision-making. Strong communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and the ability to build customer relationships are essential. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, persuasive, and capable of working in a fast-paced real estate environment.
