Job Description

🎯 Role Objective

Convert maximum travel inquiries into bookings through fast response, strong follow-ups, and clear communication.



🔥 Key Responsibilities

Handle all incoming inquiries (WhatsApp, calls, Meta leads)

Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant packages/flights

Send quotes quickly and explain properly

Do structured follow-ups until closure

Maintain daily lead tracking (hot/warm/cold)

Coordinate internally for pricing/availability
