Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to generate quality travel leads, improve brand visibility, and support business growth. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and basic website handling.

Key Responsibilities🔹 Performance MarketingPlan, run, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Lead Forms)

Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation

Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and Google Analytics

Improve cost per lead (CPL) and campaign ROI

🔹 Social Media ManagementHandle Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp marketing

Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories

Respond to messages and comments related to travel enquiries

Grow organic reach and engagement

🔹 Lead ManagementMonitor and manage leads from:

Website enquiry forms

Google Ads

Meta Ads

Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups

Maintain lead records and performance reports

🔹 Website & SEO SupportUpdate basic website content (offers, banners, packages)

Work on local SEO for keywords like:

Travel agency

Travel agency in Varanasi

Budget tour packages

Coordinate with developers for technical updates (if required)

🔹 Content & CreativesCoordinate for ad creatives, posters, and videos

Write basic ad copies, captions, and promotional text

Support festival and seasonal travel campaigns

🔹 Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Analyze ad data and suggest improvements

Track competitor activities

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Marketing / IT / Any relevant field preferred)

Strong knowledge of:

Google Ads

Facebook & Instagram Ads

Meta Business Suite

Basic understanding of:

SEO

Google Analytics

Website CMS (WordPress preferred)

Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

Experience in travel, tourism, or service industry is a plus
