Job Description

Role: Telesales Executive

Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)

  • ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
  • Handle leads generated from social media, marketing campaigns, and inquiries
  • Explain solar rooftop solutions, pricing, government subsidy, and EMI options
  • Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain daily call records, lead tracking, and CRM updates
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales call targets
  • RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable handling outbound sales calls
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp communication
  • Target-oriented and disciplined approach
  • Experience in telesales/telecalling preferred
  • Qualification- Graduate
