Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories and industry segments.
  • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, and end users.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Track competitor activities and maintain updated market intelligence.
  • Coordinate with the technical/service team for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.


Marketing Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and product awareness programs.
  • Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and customer events.
  • Create marketing content, brochures, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requirements and market gaps.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and marketing performance metrics.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience (1–5 years) in machinery, equipment, industrial products, or utility machinery sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and ability to communicate value to customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-focused mindset.
