Job Description
Position: Head – Accounts & Operations
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Accounts & Operations
Reporting To: Managing Director
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head – Accounts & Operations to lead financial management, compliance, and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, smooth business operations, process improvements, team management, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts, Finance & Compliance (GST, TDS, TCS)
- Oversee bookkeeping, MIS, budgeting & financial reporting
- Monitor receivables, payables & banking operations
- Lead operational processes, documentation & order execution
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners & internal teams
- Ensure SOP compliance and process efficiency
- Lead and develop Accounts & Operations teams
- Drive automation, ERP implementation & process improvements
Required Skills:
- Accounting & Financial Reporting
- GST, TDS & Compliance Management
- Operations & Process Management
- Team Leadership & Problem Solving
- Advanced Excel, Tally & ERP Systems
Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA
- Strong knowledge of Accounts & Operations Management
Experience:
- 5–8 Years of relevant experience
- 2+ Years in Team Handling or Leadership Role
