Job Description

  • Maintain personal accounting of directors

1. Personal Income Tracking,

2. Bank Account Management

3.Investment Tracking

4. Loan & Liability Management

5. Personal Net Worth Statement 6.

6. Income Tax Work

7. Cash Flow Management

  • Managing TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing as per government regulations.
  • Performing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
  • Processing bank payments, NEFT/RTGS transactions, and maintaining payment records.
  • Passing accounting entries in accounting software and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation.
  • Assisting in monthly and yearly financial closing.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
