*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Civil Engineer to manage building construction projects and site operations. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution experience, and the ability to handle project coordination, quality control, and team management efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities*

1 Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.

2 Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

3 Monitor RCC work, finishing work, and overall building construction activities.

4 Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and internal teams.

5 Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are maintained at the site.

6 Prepare and review BOQ, project reports, site progress reports, and billing.

7 Handle material planning, site measurements, and resource management.

8 Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site issues.

9 Ensure projects are completed within budget and scheduled deadlines.

Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company standards.

*Required Skills*

1 Strong knowledge of building construction and site execution.

2 Ability to read and understand civil drawings and plans.

3 Good leadership and team-handling skills.

4 Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.

5 Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

6 Good communication and reporting skills.

*Eligibility Criteria*

Bachelor’s Degree.

5–8 years of mandatory experience in building construction and site management.

Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.
