🌙 Shift: US Shift (7:00 PM – 4:30 AM)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (Depends on interview, experience & performance)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Connect with IT professionals and understand their career goals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates

• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups

• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems

• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to placement

• Collaborate with recruiters to match candidates with the right opportunities

🔹 Required Skills

• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Positive attitude with a candidate-first approach

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM/ATS is a plus)

• Willingness to work in US Shift

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 2–4 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Recruitment / Customer Service / BPO / KPO / RPO Sales
