Site Civil Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and work completed for billing purposes.
• Coordinate material requirements and monitor inventory at the site.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control records.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Understanding of construction quality and safety standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
